Do we need to install anything?
No. Glowdesk opens in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. You can add it to your phone's home screen like an app.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your branches and team. Email us and we'll send you a price for your salon.
Can our artists use it?
Yes. Each artist signs in to see their own day and week, book their own clients and check their pay. Their bookings can also show in their phone's calendar.
We have more than one branch. Does that work?
Yes. Each branch has its own bookings, chairs and daily close, and owners see them all.
Which payments can we record?
Cash, KNET terminal and bank transfer, and deposits taken before the day. A bill can be paid in parts.
Is our data safe?
Each salon's data is kept separate, every page is served over HTTPS, and the database is backed up every night.
